Samja is an autodidact writer and artist whose journey has been shaped by a sharp curiosity and an intuitive calling for self-expression. Her creative achievements include an art-house film recently screened out of competition at Cannes 2024, an international feature film in current development based on

autobiographical material in collaboration with Till Schweiger and Sophia Banks, and compelling monologues crafted for various artists.

From an early age, she immersed herself in countless forms of art, drawn to spaces where personal growth and deep reflection take root. Raised in an environment marked by violence and oppression, she faced profound challenges that propelled her to seek her own truth and freedom. Writing and art became her tools for introspection, allowing her to navigate the complexities of her path with authenticity, drive and purpose.

Samja's heritage is a tapestry woven from East European, North African, and French influences. While these varied threads have shaped her views without letting it define her, she sees herself beyond theses boundaries, where memories and experiences serve as tools for storytelling rather than fixed markers of identity. Samja believes humanity to be in constant motion, continuously shifting into more complex states of consciousness and existence. Her sensitivity gave her a unique perceptive strength, enabling her to deeply feel the subtle layers of emotions around her. Perceiving the world through a heightened sixth sense—a unique lens through which her stories emerge—has become Samja's driving force, compelling her to seek deeper layers of truths in all things. Her writing is particularly influenced by psychology, poetry, and philosophy, as well as

the works of free thinkers who challenge current paradigms, conventional beliefs and perspectives.

Through her craft, she explores the intricacies of the human condition and collective issues, illuminating themes of the self, awareness, resilience, and transformation. Her work often examines the ways trauma shapes self-perception and how individuals find power and strength through adversity, but it also delves into the realm of artistic expression, crafting narratives that elevate and inspire human consciousness, encouraging deeper reflections on the potential for evolution.

For Samja, reality and fiction are two sides of the same truth—while not everything real is true, everything true is real. She is particularly drawn to real stories that inspire, elevate, and awaken. Using her own life as a foundation, she crafts authentic narratives that transcend social conditioning and illuminate the depths of human experience.

Following her unique path with intention, she views the art of life as limitless, with no rules. Both a witness and a voice, she positions herself as part of everything yet apart from it, finding truth in the spaces between the lines. Through her work, she aims to inspire, impact, challenge, and connect, offering profound insights into existence and the intrinsic collective essence that binds us all as individuals. Today, Samja is based between Berlin and Paris. She is fluent in French and English and

continues to use her art as a channel for transmutation, creating stories and pieces of work that deeply resonate with the heart, mind, body and soul.​
